Manish Jain is the Finance Director.

By profession he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 24 years of experience, his last assignment was as CFO for Roots Corporation Ltd, a TATA company, which owns and operates largest budget chain in India by the name of ‘Ginger’.

He has also worked with Polar group, HDC Ltd, Taj Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts in areas of Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Legal, and Administration. He has rich experience of working in manufacturing and service industries.

Jude has over 30 years of experience in the Food Service, and Facilities Management (FM) industry. Jude is an expert at everything related to Human Resources. Having worked in senior leadership roles across India, Singapore, and Australia, Jude experience, foresight, and his natural drive to inculcate the right attitude and behavior in colleagues provides a durable competitive edge in client satisfaction. Jude is the staunch promoter of gender equality, localization of the team force, and ensuring customer satisfaction by first taking care of the colleagues first.

Girish Sehgal, has had a remarkable career spanning 18 years in the global hospitality industry working in the Maldives, U.S.A., Bahamas, Toronto, and India. He is a natural leader and prides himself with handling several multi-cultural teams successfully during his tenure. He has in-depth exposure and knowledge of Food & Beverage (both Service and Production), Finance, Sales & Marketing, and other allied functions. He has cultivated an awareness that taking care of employees, translates into good business. Prior to taking up being CEO and MD of FASSCO, Girish has served as GM at various Taj Hotel properties and has been in senior roles for the Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. He has worked across India, Maldives, Canada, and Bahamas.

With over 35 years of experience, Mr Shete has been instrumental in shaping industries and creating markets over the years including founding India’s first organized companies in the food service, food vouchers, and food supply chain markets.

Some past partnerships, joint ventures, and business collaborations that Mr Shete has been associated with include those with Accor, the Compass Group and Sodexo. Mr Shete served as the founder and chairman of Radhakrishna Hospitality Services (RKHS; now Sodexo, India), founder and director of Accor Services India (now Eden Red, India) and founder and director of Consoldiated Services (now part of the Compass Group). In these roles, Mr Shete has built large-scale services companies with thousands of FTE staff and hundreds of service unit locations globally and in India.

Mr Shete provides stewardship support and strategic guidance to the Planet Group of companies and ventures in which the Planet Group participates.

Mr Hungate is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SATS, with overall responsibility for leading the SATS Group. He is a Board Director and a member of the Board Executive Committee. Mr Hungate joined SATS as Executive Director in July 2013 and assumed his current role on 1 January 2014.

Prior to that, Mr Hungate was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Singapore for three years. As the most senior executive for the HSBC Group in Singapore, he was responsible for all of its activities, including subsidiary businesses such as private banking, insurance, futures, and asset management and trustee services. He joined HSBC in 2007 as Group Managing Director of Personal Financial Services and Marketing, based in London. With over 25 years of global leadership experience, Mr Hungate also served as the Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Reuters, based in Hong Kong, and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Reuters, based in New York.

For two years prior to July 2013, Mr Hungate served as an Independent Director for SATS. He was a member of two Board Committees, namely the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, and the Nominating Committee.

Mr Hungate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University and graduated as a Baker Scholar from the Master of Business Administration programme at Harvard Business School.
